Because cosplay!Astera doesn't fit. I would have drawn this at work today, but I didn't have any references for this costume with me. Just a quick digital chibi. The pose was referenced from an official coloring book image. As a note, the image in question was a full size image, not a chibi. So I chibified an image. There is no base for this.
